Soomin Song

I received my B.S. and MS degrees in Physics from Incheon National University.

I studied on band alignment and electrical characterization of CIGS and CZTS solar cells during MS cours(2012~2014).

Since i moved to Korea institute of energy research(KIER), I focus on research for large-area CIGS solar cell using roll-to-roll system.
