Biography

After completing a BSc(Hons I) at the University of Sydney, Australia, Sarah-Jane is undertaking a PhD at UNSW Sydney, Australia, focusing on how obesiy and poor diet can affect brain function and behaviour. In particular, she studies how cafeteria diet-induced changes in gut health and inflammatory signalling contribute to impairment in spatial working memory in rats.
