Biography

Biomedical graduated from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE/Brazil), Master in Sciences by the Postgraduate Program in Biosciences and Biotechnology in Health - FIOCRUZ/PE (Brazil), and PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology at the Medical School of Ribeirao Preto, FMRP/ USP (Brazil).

Has experience in molecular biology with emphasis on protein expression and gene editing using the CRISPR-Cas9 system in Trypanosoma cruzi.
