&#x72EC;&#x7279;&#x7684;&#x524D;&#x80A2;&#x548C;&#x540E;&#x80A2;&#x80A2;&#x4F53;&#x5355;&#x65B9;&#x9762;&#x591A;&#x5DF4;&#x80FA;&#x8017;&#x5C3D;&#x5927;&#x9F20;&#x6B65;&#x8FDB;&#x969C;&#x788D;&#xFF1A; &#x4F7F;&#x7528; rotorod &#x4F5C;&#x4E3A;&#x5B9A;&#x6027;&#x5206;&#x6790;&#x719F;&#x7EC3;&#x884C;&#x8D70;&#x7684;&#x4E00;&#x79CD;&#x65B9;&#x6CD5;&#x3002;

The rotorod test, in which animals walk on a rotating drum, is widely used to assess motor status in laboratory rodents. Performance is measured by the duration that an animal stays up on the drum as a function of drum speed. Here we report that the task provides a rich source of information about qualitative aspects of walking movements. Because movements are performed in a fixed location, they can readily be examined using high-speed video recording methods. The present study was undertaken to examine the potential of the rotorod to reveal qualitative changes in the walking movements of hemi-Parkinson analogue rats, produced by injection of 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) into the nigrostriatal bundle to deplete nigrostriatal dopamine (DA). Beginning on the day following surgery and then periodically over the next two months, the rats were filmed from frontal, lateral, and posterior views as they walked on the rotorod. Behavior was analyzed by frame-by-frame replay of the video records. Rating scales of stepping behavior indicated that the hemi-Parkinson rats were chronically impaired in their posture and in the use of the limbs contralateral to the DA-depletion. The contralateral limbs not only displayed postural and movement abnormalities, they participated less in initiating and sustaining propulsion than did the ipsilateral limbs. These findings not only reveal new deficits secondary to unilateral DA-depletion, but also show that the rotorod can provide a robust tool for the qualitative analysis of movement.

Le test rotorod, dans lequel les animaux de marcher sur un tambour rotatif, est largement utilis&#xE9; pour &#xE9;valuer l&#x26;#39;&#xE9;tat du moteur chez les rongeurs de laboratoire. La performance est mesur&#xE9;e par la dur&#xE9;e d&#x26;#39;un animal qui reste en place sur le tambour en fonction de la vitesse du tambour. Nous rapportons ici que la t&#xE2;che fournit une riche source d&#x26;#39;informations sur les aspects qualitatifs de mouvements de marche. Parce que les mouvements sont effectu&#xE9;s dans une position d&#xE9;termin&#xE9;e, ils peuvent facilement &#xEA;tre examin&#xE9;es &#xE0; l&#x26;#39;aide de m&#xE9;thodes &#xE0; grande vitesse d&#x26;#39;enregistrement vid&#xE9;o. La pr&#xE9;sente &#xE9;tude a &#xE9;t&#xE9; entreprise pour examiner le potentiel de la rotorod de r&#xE9;v&#xE9;ler des changements qualitatifs dans les mouvements de marche de rats analogiques h&#xE9;mi-parkinsoniens, produites par injection de 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) dans le faisceau nigro &#xE0; &#xE9;puiser la dopamine nigro (DA) . A partir du jour suivant la chirurgie, puis p&#xE9;riodiquement au cours des deux prochains mois, les rats ont &#xE9;t&#xE9; film&#xE9;es &#xE0; partir de vues frontales, lat&#xE9;rales et post&#xE9;rieure alors qu&#x26;#39;ils marchaient sur la rotorod. Comportement a &#xE9;t&#xE9; analys&#xE9;e par image par image rediffusion des enregistrements vid&#xE9;o. Les &#xE9;chelles d&#x26;#39;&#xE9;valuation du comportement intensification a indiqu&#xE9; que les rats h&#xE9;mi-parkinsoniens ont &#xE9;t&#xE9; chroniquement d&#xE9;ficients dans leur posture et de l&#x26;#39;utilisation des membres controlat&#xE9;raux &#xE0; la DA-&#xE9;puisement. Les membres controlat&#xE9;raux non seulement affich&#xE9;es anomalies posturales et le mouvement, ils ont particip&#xE9; moins dans l&#x26;#39;initiation et le maintien de propulsion de fait des membres homolat&#xE9;raux. Ces r&#xE9;sultats ne r&#xE9;v&#xE8;lent pas seulement des nouveaux d&#xE9;ficits secondaires &#xE0; unilat&#xE9;rale DA-&#xE9;puisement, mais aussi montrer que la rotorod peut fournir un outil robuste pour l&#x26;#39;analyse qualitative du mouvement.

Il test rotorod, in cui gli animali a piedi su un tamburo rotante, &egrave; ampiamente utilizzato per valutare lo stato di motore in roditori di laboratorio. Performance &egrave; misurata dalla durata che un animale rimane fino sul tamburo in funzione della velocit&agrave; del tamburo. Qui ci segnala che l&#39;attivit&agrave; fornisce una ricca fonte di informazioni sugli aspetti qualitativi del camminare movimenti. Perch&eacute; i movimenti vengono eseguiti in una posizione fissa, essi pu&ograve; facilmente essere esaminati utilizzando metodi di registrazione video ad alta velocit&agrave;. Il presente studio &egrave; stato intrapreso per esaminare il potenziale del rotorod rivelare cambiamenti qualitativi nei movimenti a piedi dei ratti analogica hemi-Parkinson, prodotti da iniezione di 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) in bundle Sonografia ad esaurire la Sonografia dopamina (DA). Partire dal giorno dopo l&#39;intervento e quindi periodicamente nei prossimi due mesi, i ratti sono stati girati da frontale, laterale, e posterior visualizzazioni mentre camminavano sulla rotorod. Comportamento &egrave; stato analizzato da frame-by-frame riproduzione delle registrazioni video. Rating Scale di stepping comportamento indicato che i ratti hemi-Parkinson erano cronicamente compromesse nella loro postura e l&#39;uso degli arti controlaterale al DA-depauperamento. Le membra controlaterale non solo visualizzato posturale e anomalie del movimento, hanno partecipato meno nell&#39;avviare e sostenere la propulsione di fatto gli arti omolaterali. Questi risultati non solo rivelano nuovi deficit secondario di unilaterale DA deplezione, ma mostrano anche che il rotorod &egrave; in grado di fornire un efficace strumento per l&#39;analisi qualitativa del movimento.

Distinto degli arti anteriori e posteriori degli arti stepping menomazioni in ratti unilaterali della dopamina-esaurito: utilizzare il rotorod come un metodo per l&#39;analisi qualitativa del walking qualificati.

La prueba rotorod, en el que animales caminen sobre un tambor giratorio, es ampliamente utilizado para evaluar el estado del motor en roedores de laboratorio. El rendimiento se mide por la duraci&#xF3;n que un animal se mantiene hasta en el tambor como una funci&#xF3;n de la velocidad del tambor. Aqu&#xED; mostramos que la tarea ofrece una rica fuente de informaci&#xF3;n sobre aspectos cualitativos de los movimientos para caminar. Debido a que los movimientos se realizan en un lugar fijo, que puede ser f&#xE1;cilmente examinadas usando m&#xE9;todos de alta velocidad de grabaci&#xF3;n de v&#xED;deo. El presente estudio se realiz&#xF3; para examinar el potencial de la rotorod para revelar los cambios cualitativos en los movimientos a pie de la hemi-Parkinson ratas anal&#xF3;gicos, producido por la inyecci&#xF3;n de 6-hidroxidopamina (6-OHDA) en el paquete nigroestriatal que agotan la dopamina nigroestriatal (DA) . A partir del d&#xED;a siguiente de la cirug&#xED;a y luego peri&#xF3;dicamente durante los pr&#xF3;ximos dos meses, las ratas fueron filmadas de vistas frontales, laterales y posterior, mientras caminaban en el rotorod. Comportamiento fue analizado por la reproducci&#xF3;n fotograma a fotograma de las grabaciones de v&#xED;deo. Las escalas de clasificaci&#xF3;n de comportamiento pisar indic&#xF3; que las ratas hemi-Parkinson se deterioraron cr&#xF3;nicamente en su postura y en el uso de las extremidades contralaterales a la DA-agotamiento. Las extremidades contralaterales no s&#xF3;lo muestran anomal&#xED;as posturales y de movimiento, que particip&#xF3; menos en el inicio y el mantenimiento de la propulsi&#xF3;n que lo hicieron los miembros ipsilaterales. Estos resultados no s&#xF3;lo revelan nuevos d&#xE9;ficits secundarios de manera unilateral a DA de agotamiento, pero tambi&#xE9;n muestran que la rotorod puede proporcionar una s&#xF3;lida herramienta para el an&#xE1;lisis cualitativo del movimiento.
