&#x5BF9;&#x91D1;&#x5C5E;/&#x5206;&#x5B50;/&#x534A;&#x5BFC;&#x4F53;&#x7ED3;&#x884C;&#x4E3A;&#x5206;&#x5B50;&#x7ED1;&#x5B9A;&#x5230;&#x534A;&#x5BFC;&#x4F53;&#x7684;&#x5F71;&#x54CD;&#x3002;

Diodes made by (indirectly) evaporating Au on a monolayer of molecules that are adsorbed chemically onto GaAs, via either disulfide or dicarboxylate groups, show roughly linear but opposite dependence of their effective barrier height on the dipole moment of the molecules. We explain this by Au-molecule (electrical) interactions not only with the exposed end groups of the molecule but also with its binding groups. We arrive at this conclusion by characterizing the interface by in situ UPS-XPS, ex situ XPS, TOF-SIMS, and Kelvin probe measurements, by scanning microscopy of the surfaces, and by current-voltage measurements of the devices. While there is a very limited interaction of Au with the dicarboxylic binding groups, there is a much stronger interaction with the disulfide groups. We suggest that these very different interactions lead to different (growth) morphologies of the evaporated gold layer, resulting in opposite effects of the molecular dipole on the junction barrier height.

Diodes faites par &eacute;vaporation (indirectement) des UA sur une monocouche de mol&eacute;cules qui sont adsorb&eacute;s chimiquement sur GaAs, par l&#39;interm&eacute;diaire de groupes disulfure ou de dim&eacute;thyle, montrent &agrave; peu pr&egrave;s lin&eacute;aires mais une d&eacute;pendance inverse de leur hauteur de barri&egrave;re efficace sur les moments dipolaires des mol&eacute;cules. Nous expliquons cela par des interactions d&#39;UA-mol&eacute;cule (&eacute;lectriques), non seulement avec les groupes d&#39;extr&eacute;mit&eacute; expos&eacute;e de la mol&eacute;cule, mais aussi avec ses groupes de liaison. Nous arrivons &agrave; cette conclusion en caract&eacute;risant l&#39;interface par un UPS-XPS in situ, ex situ XPS, TOF-SIMS et mesures de sonde de Kelvin, par microscopie des surfaces et par les mesures de courant-tension des dispositifs. Bien qu&#39;il y a une interaction tr&egrave;s limit&eacute;e de l&#39;UA avec les groupes de liaison dicarboxylique, il y a une interaction beaucoup plus forte avec les groupes disulfure. Nous sugg&eacute;rons que ces interactions tr&egrave;s diff&eacute;rentes conduisent &agrave; morphologies diff&eacute;rentes (croissance) de la couche d&#39;or &eacute;vapor&eacute;e, ce qui entra&icirc;ne des effets oppos&eacute;s du dip&ocirc;le mol&eacute;culaire sur la hauteur de barri&egrave;re de jonction.

Dioden gemacht durch Verdampfen von Au (indirekt) auf eine Monolage von Molek&uuml;len, die chemisch auf GaAs, &uuml;ber Disulfid oder Dicarboxylate Gruppen, adsorbiert werden zeigen ungef&auml;hr lineare aber entgegengesetzte Abh&auml;ngigkeit das Dipolmoment der Molek&uuml;le der H&ouml;henbegrenzung effektive Barriere. Wir erkl&auml;ren dies mit der Au-Molek&uuml;l (elektrisch) Interaktionen nicht nur mit den freiliegenden Ende-Gruppen des Molek&uuml;ls, sondern auch mit seiner Bindung-Gruppen. Zu diesem Schluss kommen wir durch die Schnittstelle von in-situ UPS-XPS, ex-Situ XPS und TOF-SIMS Kelvin-Sonde-Messungen, Charakterisierung, scanning-Mikroskopie der Fl&auml;chen und Strom-Spannungs-Messungen der Ger&auml;te. Zwar es eine sehr begrenzte Interaktion von Au mit die Dicarbons&auml;ure Bindung-Gruppen gibt, gibt es eine viel st&auml;rkere Interaktion mit den Disulfid-Gruppen. Wir empfehlen, diese sehr unterschiedlichen Interaktionen zu verschiedenen (Wachstum) Morphologien der verdampfte gold Ebene f&uuml;hren was in gegen&uuml;berliegenden Effekten der molekularen Dipols auf der Kreuzung Hindernis-H&ouml;he.

Diodi per evaporazione (indirettamente) Au su un monostrato di molecole che vengono assorbiti chimicamente su GaAs, tramite gruppi disolfuro o carbossilato, mostrano approssimativamente lineari ma opposto dipendenza della loro altezza barriera efficace sul momento dipolare delle molecole. Spieghiamo questo dalle interazioni (elettriche) Au-molecola non solo con i gruppi di estremit&agrave; esposta della molecola, ma anche con i suoi gruppi di associazione. Arriviamo a questa conclusione da che caratterizzano l&#39;interfaccia da UPS in situ-XPS, ex situ XPS, TOF-SIMS e misure di sonda Kelvin, microscopia delle superfici e le misure di corrente-tensione dei dispositivi. Mentre vi &egrave; un&#39;interazione molto limitata di Au con i gruppi di associazione dicarbossilici, c&#39;&egrave; un molto pi&ugrave; forte interazione con i gruppi disolfuro. Suggeriamo che queste interazioni molto diverse conducono a morfologie differenti (crescita) del livello oro evaporato, risultante in effetti opposti del dipolo molecolare sull&#39;altezza della barriera svincolo.

Llegamos a esta conclusi&oacute;n por la interfaz por UPS-XPS in situ, ex situ XPS, TOF-SIMS y mediciones de la sonda de Kelvin, la caracterizaci&oacute;n por microscop&iacute;a de las superficies y por las medidas de corriente / tensi&oacute;n de los dispositivos. Si bien existe una interacci&oacute;n muy limitada de Au con los grupos de enlace dicarbox&iacute;lico, hay una interacci&oacute;n mucho m&aacute;s fuerte con los grupos disulfuro. Sugerimos que estas interacciones muy diferentes conducen a morfolog&iacute;as diferentes (crecimiento) de la capa de oro evaporada, resultando en efectos opuestos del dipolo molecular en la altura de la barrera de cruce.

Combining metal nanoparticles and dielectrics (e.g. silica) to produce composite materials with high dielectric constant is motivated by application in energy storage. Control over dielectric properties and their uniformity throughout the composite material is best accomplished if the composite is comprised of metal core - dielectric shell structured nanoparticles with tunable dimensions. We have synthesized silver nanoparticles in the range of 40-100nm average size using low concentration of saccharide simultaneously as the reducing agent and electrostatic stabilizer. Coating these silver particles with silica from tetraalkoxysilanes has different outcomes depending on the alcoholic solvent and the silver particle concentration. A common issue in solution-based synthesis of core-shell particles is heterogeneous nucleation whereupon two populations are formed: the desired core-shell particles and undesired coreless particles of the shell material. We report the formation of Ag@SiO(2) core-shell particles without coreless silica particles as the byproduct in 2-propanol. In ethanol, it depends on the silver surface area available whether homogeneous nucleation of silica on silver is achieved. In methanol and 1-butanol, core-shell particles did not form. This demonstrates the significance of controlling the tetraalkoxysilane hydrolysis rate when growing silica shells on silver nanoparticles.

Combinaci&oacute;n de nanopart&iacute;culas met&aacute;licas y diel&eacute;ctricos (e.g. s&iacute;lice) para producir materiales compuestos con alta constante diel&eacute;ctrica est&aacute; motivada por la aplicaci&oacute;n en almacenamiento de energ&iacute;a. Control sobre propiedades diel&eacute;ctricas y su uniformidad por todo el material compuesto se logra mejor si el compuesto se compone de n&uacute;cleo de metal - nanopart&iacute;culas de c&aacute;scara diel&eacute;ctrica estructurada con dimensiones ajustables. Se han sintetizado las nanopart&iacute;culas de plata en el rango de 40-100nm de tama&ntilde;o medio con baja concentraci&oacute;n de sacarosa al mismo tiempo como agente reductor y estabilizador de la electrost&aacute;tica. Estas part&iacute;culas de plata con s&iacute;lice de tetraalkoxysilanes de la capa tiene resultados diferentes seg&uacute;n el disolvente alcoh&oacute;lico y la concentraci&oacute;n de part&iacute;culas de plata. Un problema com&uacute;n en s&iacute;ntesis basadas en soluciones de core-shell part&iacute;culas es nucleaci&oacute;n heterog&eacute;nea, con lo cual se forman dos poblaciones: la deseada de core-shell part&iacute;culas y part&iacute;culas sin n&uacute;cleo no deseadas del material. Divulgamos la formaci&oacute;n de part&iacute;culas de core-shell de Ag@SiO(2) sin part&iacute;culas de s&iacute;lice coreless como el subproducto en 2-propanol. En el etanol, depende de la superficie plata disponible si se logra la nucleaci&oacute;n homog&eacute;nea de s&iacute;lice en la plata. En metanol y 1-butanol, part&iacute;culas de core-shell no se form&oacute;. Esto demuestra la importancia de controlar la velocidad de hidr&oacute;lisis de tetraalkoxysilane cuando se cultiva conchas de s&iacute;lice en nanopart&iacute;culas de plata.
