Trevor Regas

Research Associate in the Biology Department and Institute of Cannabis Research at Colorado State University - Pueblo in Pueblo, Colorado. Received undergraduate degree in Horticulture from South Dakota State University (2016) located in Brookings, South Dakota and a masters degree in Biology from Colorado State University - Pueblo (2022) located in Pueblo, Colorado. Educational and research experience in plant biology at multiple levels of organization using molecular, biochemical, physiological, and ecological approaches. Graduate research focused on improving industrial cannabis production by monitoring biotic and abiotic factors that influence plant structure, yield, and cannabinoid biosynthesis. Masters thesis investigated the influence light spectrum has on cannabis morphology and cannabinoid production.
