Low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma is an uncommon, deceptively bland mesenchymal neoplasm that typically occurs in the deep soft tissues of the proximal extremities of young to middle-aged patients. Intra-abdominal low-grade fibromyxoid sarcomas are distinctly rare. We describe the first reported example of this sarcoma involving the ovary. The 42-year-old patient presented with progressing abdominal pain and urinary frequency. Computed tomographic imaging of the abdomen and pelvis showed a 14-cm left-sided pelvic mass. The patient underwent surgical resection and, intraoperatively, a left ovarian mass was identified that extended to both the left hypogastric artery and the left ureter. The resected specimen consisted of a 17-cm tan, fleshy mass containing grossly recognizable nodules of gelatinous, myxoid tissue and a small rim of normal ovary. Microscopic examination of the neoplasm revealed a cytologically bland spindle cell proliferation set in a collagenized stroma that abruptly transitioned to nodules of a myxoid stroma with a well-formed capillary vasculature, features characteristic of low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma. On the basis of the diagnosis, the patient was clinically staged as a retroperitoneal sarcoma with secondary ovarian involvement. The patient has stable residual disease 11 months postoperatively. This case adds to the literature of intra-abdominal low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma and expands the list of malignant mesenchymal neoplasms that may involve the ovary.

Sarcome de bas grade fibromyxoid est un n&eacute;oplasme m&eacute;senchymateuse rare, trompeusement fade qui se produit habituellement dans les tissus mous profonds des extr&eacute;mit&eacute;s proximales des jeunes &agrave; des patients d&#39;&acirc;ge moyen. Fibromyxoid de bas grade intra-abdominale sarcomes sont distinctement rares. Les auteurs d&eacute;crivent le premier exemple rapport&eacute; de ce sarcome impliquant l&#39;ovaire. Le patient &acirc;g&eacute; de 42 ans pr&eacute;sent&eacute; des douleurs abdominales progresse et pollakiurie. Calcul&eacute;e d&#39;imagerie tomographique de l&#39;abdomen et le bassin a montr&eacute; une masse pelvienne c&ocirc;t&eacute; gauche 14 cm. Le patient a subi une r&eacute;section chirurgicale et, de mani&egrave;re, une masse ovarienne gauche a &eacute;t&eacute; identifi&eacute;e qu&#39;&eacute;tendu &agrave; la fois de l&#39;art&egrave;re hypogastrique gauche et de l&#39;uret&egrave;re gauche. Le sp&eacute;cimen r&eacute;s&eacute;qu&eacute; consistait en une masse de tan, charnue 17 cm contenant des nodules nettement reconnaissables de tissu g&eacute;latineux, c&#39;et un petit rebord d&#39;ovaire normal. L&#39;examen microscopique de la tumeur a r&eacute;v&eacute;l&eacute; une prolif&eacute;ration des cellules fusiformes cytologiquement fade r&eacute;gl&eacute;s dans un stroma collagenized qui brusquement pass&eacute;s &agrave; nodules d&#39;un stroma de production avec une vascularisation capillaire bien form&eacute;, &eacute;l&eacute;ments caract&eacute;ristiques des sarcomes de bas grade fibromyxoid. Minderwertige Fibromyxoid Sarkom ist ein ungew&ouml;hnlich, tr&uuml;gerisch sanft Mesenchymale Neubildungen, die normalerweise in den tiefen Weichteilen der proximalen Extremit&auml;ten junger Patienten mittleren Alters auftritt. Intraabdominellen minderwertige Fibromyxoid Sarkome sind ausgesprochen selten. Wir beschreiben das erste gemeldete Beispiel dieses Sarkom, bei denen die Eierst&ouml;cke. Der 42 Jahre alte Patient stellte sich mit fortschreitender Bauchschmerzen und urinausscheidende Frequenz. Berechnete tomographischen Bildgebung des Abdomen und des Beckens zeigte eine Masse f&uuml;r die neuen Kapitel 14-cm-Becken. Der Patient unterzog sich chirurgische Resektion und intraoperativ, eine linke Eierstock Masse wurde identifiziert, die auf der linken hypogastric Arterie und den linken Harnleiter ausgedehnt. Reseziertem Probe bestand aus einer 17-cm Braeune, fleischige Masse, grob erkennbar Kn&ouml;tchen gallertartig, Liposarkom Gewebe und einen kleinen Rand der normalen Eierst&ouml;cke enthalten. Mikroskopische Untersuchung von den Neubildungen ergab eine zytologisch Fade Spindel Zellproliferation in einem collagenized Stroma festgelegt, die abrupt in Kn&ouml;tchen von einem Liposarkom Stroma mit ein wohlgeformtes Kapillare Gef&auml;&szlig;e, Eigenheiten von minderwertiger Fibromyxoid Sarkom &uuml;bergegangen. Auf der Grundlage der Diagnose war der Patient klinisch als eine retroperitoneale Sarkom mit sekund&auml;ren ovariellen Beteiligung inszenierte. Der Patient hat stabile r&eacute;siduelle 11 Monate postoperativ. In diesem Fall der Literatur der intraabdominellen minderwertige Fibromyxoid Sarkom erg&auml;nzt und erweitert die Liste der maligne Mesenchymale Tumoren, die dem Eierst&ouml;cke hindeuten k&ouml;nnten.

Fibromyxoid di basso grado intra-addominale sarcomi sono decisamente rari. Descriviamo il primo esempio riferito di questo sarcoma che coinvolgono l&#39;ovaio. Il paziente di 42 anni ha presentato con dolore addominale progredendo e frequenza urinaria. Calcolate immagine tomografica dell&#39;addome e della pelvi ha mostrato una massa pelvica sinistra-parteggiato 14-cm. Il paziente ha subito la resezione chirurgica e, in fase intraoperatoria, &egrave; stata identificata una massa ovarica sinistra che esteso sia l&#39;arteria ipogastrica sinistra e l&#39;uretere sinistro. I campioni resecati consistevano in una massa di 17 cm tan, carnosa contenente grossolanamente riconoscibile noduli di tessuto gelatinoso, prolapsus e un piccolo cerchio di ovaio normale. Esame microscopico della neoplasia ha rivelato una proliferazione cellulare mandrino cytologically blando impostata in uno stroma collagenized che bruscamente transitioned a noduli di un Liposarcoma stroma con un corretto sistema vascolare capillare, caratteristica caratteristiche del sarcoma di fibromyxoid di basso grado. Sarcoma de calidad inferior del fibromyxoid es un neoplasma mesenquimal infrecuente, aparentemente anodino que ocurre t&iacute;picamente en los tejidos suaves profundos de las extremidades proximales de j&oacute;venes a los pacientes de mediana edad. Los sarcomas de calidad inferior del fibromyxoid intraabdominal son claramente raros. Describimos el primer ejemplo divulgado de este sarcoma que implica el ovario. El paciente de 42 a&ntilde;os presentado con dolor abdominal progresiva y polaquiuria. Calcula la proyecci&oacute;n de imagen tomogr&aacute;fica del abdomen y la pelvis demostrada una masa p&eacute;lvica izquierda de 14 cm. El paciente experiment&oacute; la resecci&oacute;n quir&uacute;rgica y, intraoperatoriamente, se identific&oacute; una masa ov&aacute;rica izquierda que se prolongaba la arteria hipog&aacute;strica izquierda tanto el ur&eacute;ter izquierdo. El esp&eacute;cimen resecado consisti&oacute; en una masa de 17 cm tan, carnosa que contiene n&oacute;dulos muy reconocibles de tejido mixoide, gelatinoso y un peque&ntilde;o borde del ovario normal. La examinaci&oacute;n microsc&oacute;pica del neoplasma revel&oacute; una proliferaci&oacute;n fusocelular citol&oacute;gico suaves situado en un estroma collagenized que abruptamente la transici&oacute;n a los n&oacute;dulos de un estroma mixoide con un correcto vasculatura capilar, caracter&iacute;stica de caracter&iacute;sticas del sarcoma de calidad inferior del fibromyxoid. Sobre la base de la diagnosis, el paciente se escenific&oacute; cl&iacute;nicamente como un sarcoma retroperitoneal con implicaci&oacute;n ov&aacute;rica secundaria. El paciente tiene la enfermedad residual estable 11 meses postoperatoriamente. Este caso se suma a la literatura de sarcoma de calidad inferior del fibromyxoid intrabdominal y ampl&iacute;a la lista de los tumores mesenquimales malignos que puede implicar el ovario.

The association between the CD8+ T-cell responses to human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV-16) E6 protein and a favorable clinical trend has been demonstrated previously. The roles of human papillomavirus (HPV)-specific CD4+ T-cell responses and of regulatory T-cells (Tregs) were examined. Subjects with a recent history of abnormal Papanicolaou smear were eligible, and colposcopy-guided biopsy was performed at enrollment. Interferon-Î³ enzyme-linked immunospot assay and fluorescent-activated cell sorter analysis to measure the frequencies of Tregs were performed. Subjects with histological diagnoses of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 1, 2, or 3 were considered to have short-term persistence of cervical abnormality and were called "persistors" (nÂ =Â 51) while those of normal histology were designated to be "regressors" (nÂ =Â 33). A significantly higher percentage CD4+ T-cell response was detected in the regressors (15/33 or 45.5%) compared with the persistors (10/51 or 19.6%) (PÂ =Â .015) for the E6 peptides but not for the E7 peptides. The CD4+ responses to certain E6 regions [E6(16-40), E6(91-115), E6(106-130), and E6(136-158)] were also significantly higher in the regressors. CD4 + &#xBC0F; CD8 + T &#xC138;&#xD3EC; &#xC751;&#xB2F5; HPV 16 E6 &#xB2E8;&#xBC31;&#xC9C8;&#xC744; &#xC720;&#xB9AC;&#xD55C; &#xC784;&#xC0C1; &#xCD94;&#xC138;&#xC640; &#xAD00;&#xB828;&#xC774; &#xC788;&#xC2B5;&#xB2C8;&#xB2E4;. HPV 16 E6 &#xB2E8;&#xBC31;&#xC9C8; HPV &#xCE58;&#xB8CC; &#xBC31;&#xC2E0;&#xC758; &#xC124;&#xACC4;&#xC5D0; &#xD1B5;&#xD569; &#xB418;&#xC5B4;&#xC57C; &#xD55C;&#xB2E4;.

&#xC778;&#xAC04; &#xC720; &#xB450; &#xC885; &#xBC14;&#xC774;&#xB7EC;&#xC2A4; &#xC720;&#xD615; 16 E6 &#xB2E8;&#xBC31;&#xC9C8;&#xC5D0; &#xB300; &#xD55C; CD4 + T&#xC758; &#xC138;&#xD3EC; &#xC751;&#xB2F5; &#xC720;&#xB9AC;&#xD55C; &#xC784;&#xC0C1; &#xD2B8;&#xB80C;&#xB4DC;&#xC640; &#xC5F0;&#xACB0; &#xB429;&#xB2C8;&#xB2E4;.

La asociaci&#xF3;n entre las respuestas de CD8 + T-cell a Tipo de virus del papiloma humano 16 (VPH-16) la prote&#xED;na E6 y una tendencia cl&#xED;nica favorable ha sido demostrada con anterioridad. El papel de los virus del papiloma humano (VPH)-CD4 + espec&#xED;ficas de respuestas de c&#xE9;lulas T y las c&#xE9;lulas T reguladoras (Tregs) fueron examinados. Los sujetos con un historial reciente de la prueba de Papanicolaou anormal eran elegibles, y la colposcopia-biopsia guiada se realiz&#xF3; en la inscripci&#xF3;n. El interfer&#xF3;n-&#x3B3; enzimoinmunoensayo inmunoensayo fluorescente y activado por an&#xE1;lisis clasificador de c&#xE9;lulas para medir las frecuencias de Tregs se realizaron. Un porcentaje significativamente mayor de c&#xE9;lulas CD4 + T-respuesta de las c&#xE9;lulas se detect&#xF3; en los regresores (15/33 o el 45,5%) en comparaci&#xF3;n con los persistors (10/51 o el 19,6%) (p = 0,015) para los p&#xE9;ptidos E6, pero no para los p&#xE9;ptidos E7 . Las c&#xE9;lulas CD4 + respuestas a ciertas regiones E6 [E6 (16-40), E6 (91-115), E6 (106-130), y E6 (136-158)] fueron tambi&#xE9;n significativamente mayor en los regresores. Aunque no hubo diferencias en la frecuencia de c&#xE9;lulas T reguladoras entre los dos grupos, las frecuencias bajas de c&#xE9;lulas T reguladoras se asociaron significativamente con CD4 + positivas respuestas de c&#xE9;lulas T dentro de ciertas regiones E6 [E6 (16-40), E6 (31-55), E6 ( 76-100), E6 (91-115), y E6 (106-130)]. Las c&#xE9;lulas CD4 + y CD8 + de c&#xE9;lulas T respuestas a la VPH E6-16 prote&#xED;nas se asoci&#xF3; con una tendencia cl&#xED;nica favorable. El HPV-16 E6 prote&#xED;na debe ser incorporada en el dise&#xF1;o de una vacuna contra el VPH terap&#xE9;utico.
