Biography

Regina Schnegelberger received her Bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, MO. She began her research career at Kansas University Medical Center studying hepatocyte transporters. She is currently a third year graduate student in the Molecular Pharmacology and Chemical Biology Department at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During her doctoral training she has focused predominantly on environmental liver disease including mitochondrial dysfunction and mitochondrial/ ER communication.
