Subchondral Insufficiency Fracture of the Knee (SIFK) is a disease with unclear pathogenesis and rapid progression, it is prone to developing end-stage osteoarthritis. Due to the lack of a definitive treatment strategy for SIFK in the clinic, knee replacement is often the preferred measure. However, in recent years, as the disease has become better understood, more and more effective treatments have been proposed, but there is a lack of summarization. Therefore, this article summarizes its pathogenesis and therapeutic advances.

Plantar fasciitis (PF) is the most common cause of heel pain, often causing significant disruptions to daily life due to severe discomfort. Multiple clinical investigations have attested to the efficacy of injection therapies. This network meta-analysis aimed to evaluate and compare the therapeutic effects of different injection treatments: placebo, corticosteroids (CS), platelet-rich plasma (PRP), dextrose prolotherapy, botulinum toxin A (BoNT-A), and autologous blood (AB).

As an emerging technology, functionally aligned robotic-assisted total knee arthroplasty (FA-RTKA) enables more precise osteotomy and prosthesis positioning through preoperative imaging modeling and intraoperative real-time navigation. Multiple studies have compared the clinical outcomes between FA-RTKA and mechanically aligned total knee arthroplasty (MA-TKA), yet the results remain inconsistent. It is necessary to conduct a meta-analysis to synthesize the existing evidence and investigate the differences in postoperative clinical outcomes between FA-RTKA and MA-TKA, thereby providing a more reliable basis for clinical decision-making.

Adhesive capsulitis (AC) often impairs patients' quality of life due to shoulder pain and restricted joint mobility. Intra-articular shoulder injection is a profound conservative treatment modality. Existing randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have reported conflicting results regarding the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) versus corticosteroid (CS) injections. Therefore, a meta-analysis of the relevant RCTs is warranted.
