Overview

Industry 5.0 introduces a profound shift in marketing strategies by prioritizing human-centric approaches and ethical considerations alongside technological advancements. As this new industrial era emphasizes the collaboration between humans and machines, marketing practices are expected to evolve in ways that better align with the values of personalization, sustainability, and social responsibility.
