真菌在表层土壤中广泛存在,在养分循环以及有机物和污染物的分解过程中发挥着重要作用。由于无法自行合成营养物质,真菌属于异养生物,且为需氧生物,因此需要氧气。
为了培养真菌,将土壤样品用无菌水稀释至已知浓度,然后接种到琼脂平板上并进行培养。随后可对形成的真菌菌落进行计数和鉴定。
