CNG的长度约为50至200个核苷酸，可在基因组的基因间区域、基因内的内含子或RNA转录本的非翻译区中找到。 

这些序列中有一些在不同谱系间高度保守，因此被称为超保守序列。在人类、大鼠和小鼠的基因组之间，存在超过5000个超保守序列，每个序列长约100个碱基。 <...
