Cad Software Integration

CAD software integration is the connection of computer-aided design tools with other engineering systems so digital design data can move through the product development process. It works through interoperable file formats, application programming interfaces, and data-exchange workflows that synchronize geometry, dimensions, materials, and metadata between CAD, computer-aided engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management platforms. In engineering, integration reduces repeated data entry, supports design analysis and manufacturing preparation, and helps teams maintain consistent revisions across departments. Effective integration can improve collaboration, shorten development cycles, and reduce errors caused by incompatible files or outdated design information.

We demonstrate the utility of remotely sensed data and the newly developed Software for Assisted Habitat Modeling (SAHM) in predicting invasive species occurrence on the landscape. An ensemble of predictive models produced highly accurate maps of tamarisk (Tamarix spp.) invasion in Southeastern Colorado, USA when assessed with subsequent field validations.

Neural control and cognitive processes can be studied through eye movements. The VisualEyes software allows an operator to program stimuli on two computer screens independently using a simple, custom scripting language. The system can stimulate tandem eye movements (saccades and smooth pursuit) or opposing eye movements (vergence) or any combination.

Integrating Automated Simulation Workflows with 3D Visualization for Virtual Experiments in the Metaverse

2026

A generalized, FAIR-compliant method is presented for domain-expert researchers seeking to integrate simulation and data-processing tools into automated workflows for 3D virtual experiments. A neutronics example demonstrates setting up a local Galaxy instance, wrapping OpenMC and file-conversion tools, launching workflows from Omniverse, and visualizing the converted 3D outputs.

Locomotor activity (LMA) is a simple and easily performed measurement of behavior in mice. Coupling of video tracking software (VTS) and LMA allows for the improvement of specificity and sensitivity, especially when compared with the manual, line crossing method of LMA analysis. Additionally VTS allows long-term tracking of mouse LMA.
