Aishwarya completed her Ph.D. at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Hyderabad. Her research journey revolved around unravelling the mechanisms that govern neural stem cell maintenance in Drosophila. She is passionate about making science more accessible and engaging through creative communication. As a Science Editor at JoVE, she intends to bring innovative scientific work to life through visual publications, helping researchers communicate their discoveries to a global audience. Alongside her scientific pursuits, Aishwarya is a mental health advocate dedicated to creating awareness and promoting brain wellness.
