“Yuelang Yao holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. During her doctoral research, she focused on the expression and characterization of membrane proteins using cell-free expression systems, and on developing innovative in-vitro assays based on these platforms. After completing her PhD, she discovered a strong interest in science communication, and she is eager to communicate with scientists from various fields. Outside of work, she can be found on the badminton court or skiing in the mountains. “
