Elektromechanische Systeme stellen eine einzigartige Mischung aus elektrischen und mechanischen Komponenten dar, die sich nahtlos integrieren lassen.
Ein Gleichstrommotor ist eine Einheit, die Spannung in Winkelverschiebung umwandelt und so ein mechanisches Ergebnis aus einem elektrischen Eingang erzeugt.
Wenn Strom in den Ankerkreis fließt, der sich innerhalb des Magnetfelds befindet, erfährt er eine Kraft, die zu einem Drehmoment führt, das den Rotor dreht.
Da der Anker Strom führt, während er sich in einem Magnetfeld dreht, wird seine Spannung proportional zur Geschwindigkeit.
Die Anwendung einer Schleifengleichung auf die Laplace-Transformationsankerschaltung zeigt eine Korrelation zwischen dem Ankerstrom, der angelegten Ankerspannung und der Gegen-EMK.
Das Drehmoment des Motors ist proportional zum Ankerstrom, wobei die Proportionalität konstant ist und von den Eigenschaften des Motors und des Magnetfelds abhängt.
Das Drehmoment hängt mit der Trägheit und der viskosen Dämpfung am Anker zusammen.
Die Drehmomentgleichung wird zunächst umgeschrieben, um sie in Bezug auf die Winkelposition der Motorwelle auszudrücken.
Daraus geht man davon aus, dass die Ankerinduktivität deutlich kleiner ist als der Ankerwiderstand.
Bei der Vereinfachung erhält man die Übertragungsfunktion.

Elektromechanische Systeme sind komplexe Einrichtungen, die elektrische und mechanische Elemente effektiv verknüpfen, um ein gewünschtes Ergebnis zu erzielen. Der zentrale Bestandteil vieler dieser Systeme ist der Gleichstrommotor, ein Gerät, das elektrische Energie in mechanische Bewegung umwandelt und so verschiedene Anwendungen ermöglicht, von einfachen Ventilatoren bis hin zu komplexen Roboterbewegungen.

Eine Schlüsselkomponente des Gleichstrommotors ist der Anker, eine rotierende Leiterschleife, die in einem Magnetfeld positioniert ist. Wenn ein elektrischer Strom durch den Anker fließt, wirkt durch die Wechselwirkung mit dem Magnetfeld eine Kraft auf ihn, die ein Drehmoment erzeugt. Dieses Drehmoment löst die Drehung des Rotors aus und wandelt so elektrische Energie in mechanische Bewegung um. Die im Anker induzierte Spannung ist direkt proportional zu seiner Geschwindigkeit, ein Phänomen, das als Gegenelektromotorische Kraft (EMK) bekannt ist.

Um das Verhalten eines Gleichstrommotors zu analysieren, wenden wir elektrische Prinzipien auf den Ankerschaltkreis an. Indem wir eine Schleifengleichung verwenden und diese mit der Laplace-Methode transformieren, können wir die Beziehung zwischen dem Ankerstrom (i_a), der angelegten Ankerspannung (V_a) und der Gegenelektromotorischen Kraft (E_b) aufklären. Die Gleichung lautet:

Wobei R_a den Ankerwiderstand und E_b die Gegen-EMK darstellt.

Im s-Bereich ist das vom Motor erzeugte Drehmoment (T) direkt proportional zum Ankerstrom, beschrieben durch:

Indem man das Drehmoment in Bezug auf die Winkelposition (θ) der Motorwelle ausdrückt und vereinfacht, kann man die Übertragungsfunktion ableiten. Unter der Annahme, dass die Ankerinduktivität im Vergleich zum Ankerwiderstand vernachlässigbar ist, ergibt sich die vereinfachte Übertragungsfunktion des Gleichstrommotors wie folgt:

DC motor modeling is a key part of electromechanical systems. These systems combine electrical parts and mechanical parts to produce a useful output. A DC motor is one common example because it turns electrical energy into mechanical motion. It is used in many places, from simple fans to complex robotic mechanisms.

Inside the DC motor, the armature is a rotating circuit placed in a magnetic field. When current flows through the armature, it experiences a force from the magnetic field. That force creates torque, which starts the rotor spinning. As the motor turns, it also produces a voltage in the armature that rises with speed. This voltage is called back electromotive force, or back EMF.

To study how the motor behaves, electrical principles are applied to the armature circuit. A loop equation is written for the armature current, the applied armature voltage, and the back EMF. The equation can then be transformed with the Laplace method to help show the motor response in the s domain. This makes it easier to relate the input voltage to the motor’s electrical and mechanical behavior.

The torque produced by the motor is directly proportional to the armature current in the s domain. The torque constant, k_t, sets that relationship. Torque can also be written in terms of the rotor inertia, J, and the motion of the motor shaft. By expressing the torque through the angular position, θ, and simplifying the result, a transfer function can be derived. When armature inductance is assumed to be negligible compared with armature resistance, the DC motor transfer function becomes simpler and shows how electrical input leads to mechanical output.
