Performance Reviews

Performance reviews are structured evaluations of an employee’s work, progress, and development that support accountability and informed workplace decisions. In a typical review, a manager and employee compare documented results with agreed goals, examine evidence such as campaign performance, and use feedback and ratings to identify strengths, gaps, and development priorities. Consistent criteria and regular check-ins make reviews more useful for coaching, skill development, resource planning, and aligning work with measurable business objectives.
