Universal Health Coverage

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a health system goal in which all people can obtain the quality health services they need without suffering financial hardship. It operates through coordinated policies that expand essential service coverage, strengthen primary and clinical care, and use public financing or risk-pooling mechanisms to reduce out-of-pocket costs. In clinical practice, UHC supports timely prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and palliative care across populations. Its implementation can improve equity, promote earlier care seeking, and guide health systems in allocating resources while maintaining safe, effective, and patient-centered services.

He noticed the acceleration of the apple and deduced that there must have been a force acting upon the apple. He then surmised that if gravity can act at the top of the tree, it can also act at even larger distances. He observed the motion of the moon and the orbits of the...

A simple slot blot method was developed for the quantification of influenza viral hemagglutinin and neuraminidase using universal antibodies targeting their most conserved sequences identified through bioinformatics analyses. This innovative approach may provide a useful alternative to quantitative determination of all viral hemagglutinin and neuraminidase.

Light from astronomical objects must travel through the earth's turbulent atmosphere before it can be imaged by ground-based telescopes. To enable direct imaging at maximum theoretical angular resolution, advanced techniques such as those employed by the Robo-AO adaptive-optics system must be used.
