This study establishes a novel method for isolating and purifying lipid droplets from mouse livers, addressing the challenges faced in lipid droplet biology. By modifying a commercial endoplasmic reticulum isolation kit, the technique enables simultaneous purification of multiple organelles, enhancing accessibility to lipid droplet studies.
