L’administration de cellules guidée par ultrasons autour du site de l’infarctus du myocarde chez la souris est un moyen sûr, efficace et pratique de transplantation cellulaire.

Il s’agit du premier rapport démontrant que l’injection intramyocardique percutanée de cardiomyocytes guidée par échocardiographie améliore significativement la propriété réparatrice des cardiomyocytes humains dérivés de l’iPS. Cette méthode est une procédure réalisable, satisfaisante, reproductible, moins invasive et efficace pour administrer un traitement des cardiomyocytes dérivés des iPS humaines. Nous croyons que l’administration intramyocardique percutanée est une méthode sûre et efficace pour l’administration locale de médicaments pour des maladies telles que les cardiopathies ischémiques, l’infarctus du myocarde et l’insuffisance cardiaque.
