Un dispositif LED à lumière bleue de 405 nm démontre une efficacité antimicrobienne contre un large éventail d’agents pathogènes des plaies lorsqu’il est évalué sur un modèle cutané synthétique à base de collagène. Cette approche in vitro simplifiée offre une alternative reproductible et éthiquement viable pour l’évaluation en phase précoce des thérapies antimicrobiennes à base de lumière.
