מוצג פרוטוקול לבידוד והעשרה נוחים ובעלי תפוקה גבוהה של גבעול קפיטט בלוטי וטריכומות ססיל מקנאביס סאטיבה. הפרוטוקול מבוסס על מיצוי יבש ללא חיץ של טריכומות באמצעות חנקן נוזלי בלבד, קרח יבש ומסננות ניילון ומתאים למיצוי RNA וניתוח שעתוק (transcriptomic analysis).
