מוצגת בדיקת משקעים חיסוניים של כרומטין (X-ChIP) כנגד סימן ההיסטון H3K4me3 עבור אורגניזם המודל Exaiptasia diaphana . הספציפיות והיעילות של הבדיקה מאושרות על ידי PCR כמותי וריצוף הדור הבא. פרוטוקול זה מאפשר חקירה מוגברת של אינטראקציות חלבון-דנ"א בשושנת הים E. diaphana.
