This approach emphasizes that culture influences the prevalence of disorders and perceptions of treatment, such as poverty, notably increasing psychological disorder rates.

Finally, the biopsychosocial perspective integrates biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors, proposing that disorders arise from the interplay of these diverse elements.

This combined approach recognizes that each disorder may stem from a unique blend of factors, resulting in varied manifestations and experiences of similar conditions.
