In questo manoscritto, viene descritta l'implementazione di un microscopio stimolato Raman scattering (SRS), ottenuto dall'integrazione di un set-up sperimentale SRS con un microscopio a scansione laser. Il microscopio SRS si basa su due sorgenti laser femtosecondo (fs), un Ti-Sapphire (Ti:Sa) e un oscillatore parametrico ottico sincronizzato (OPO).
