診断用気管支鏡検査は、組織の可視化と評価、分泌物の分析、生検サンプルの収集を可能にします。
治療用気管支鏡検査は、閉塞の排除、出血の管理、無気肺の治療、病変の除去、および小線源治療の実施を行います。
術前の看護の責任には、手順の説明、同意の取得、および患者のNPOを6時間維持することが含まれます。

Q1: What structures does a bronchoscopy allow a nurse to visualize?
Bronchoscopy enables direct visualization of the larynx, trachea, and bronchi using a flexible fiber-optic or rigid bronchoscope. The fiber-optic bronchoscope is preferred due to its flexibility, small size, and excellent optical system, allowing increased visualization of peripheral airways. This visualization supports both diagnostic assessment and therapeutic interventions.
Q2: What are the main differences between diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy?
Diagnostic bronchoscopy visualizes tissues, determines pathologic processes, collects secretions for analysis, and obtains tissue samples for diagnosis.
