概要

今回二糖類ヌクレオシドの合成のためのプロトコルを介してribonucleosides のO位置選択的グリコシル化反応での一時的な保護、2'、3'-ジオール部分繰返しホウ酸エステルを利用しました。このメソッドは、いくつかの無防備なヌクレオシドアデノシン, グアノシン、シチジン、ウリジン、5-メチルウリジン, 対応する糖ヌクレオシドを与える 5 fluorouridine などに適用されます。
