本稿では、ヒト卵巣癌組織からミトコンドリアを分離し、定量プロテオミクス解析のために卵巣組織を制御する密度勾配遠心分離と組み合わせた微分速度遠心分離のプロトコルを提示し、ヒト卵巣癌ミトコンドリアプロテオメの高品質なミトコンドリアサンプルと高スループットで再現性の高い定量プロテオミクス解析を行う。
