•GPCRは、魅力的な薬剤の標的であることを考えると、GPCRリガンドスクリーニングは、リード化合物の同定や脱孤児化研究に不可欠です。これらの取り組みに向けて、TEVベースのレポーターアッセイを用いて約300 GPCRで一過性β-arrestin2募集の同時プロファイリングに使用されるオープンソースのリソースプラットフォームPRESTO-Tangoについて説明します。
