ここで提示される、大腸HT29細胞由来の確立された癌幹細胞様細胞を維持する過剰発現ドライバ遺伝子を発見するためのプロトコルである。RNAAseqは、標的腫瘍細胞の生存に関与する潜在的なメカニズムを解明するための遺伝子発現網を調査およびスクリーニングするために実施した。
