ここでは、分化前のヒト人工多能性幹細胞由来心筋細胞、心臓線維芽細胞、および内皮細胞からなる3D自己組織化心臓ミクロ組織アレイを生成するための使いやすい方法論について説明する。心臓ミクロ組織を生成するためにこのユーザーフレンドリーで低細胞を必要とする技術は、疾患モデリングおよび医薬品開発の初期段階に実装することができる。
