光応答性哺乳動物細胞を確実に制御するには、光遺伝学的方法の標準化が必要です。この目標に向けて、本研究では、ネガティブフィードバック光遺伝学遺伝子回路を用いた光誘導遺伝子発現の研究を標準化するための遺伝子回路構築、細胞工学、光遺伝学的装置操作、検証アッセイのパイプラインをケーススタディとして概説する。
