ここでは、マウス腫瘍モデルにおける腫瘍固有および末梢由来腫瘍浸潤リンパ球の特性評価のための腫瘍移植プロトコールを提示する。フローサイトメトリーによるレシピエント由来免疫細胞の流入の特異的追跡は、抗腫瘍免疫応答中のこれらの細胞の表現型および機能的変化のダイナミクスを明らかにする。
