また、発光蛍光を観察することによって複合体形成を確認した。Cr1およびCD47用の抗体でコーティングされた高密度ビーズと低密度ビーズの間に形成されたBビーズ複合体は、細胞外小胞由来の赤血球の存在を示す。気泡を導入せずに毛細血管をキャッピングすることは最も困難なステップであり、練習が必要です。
