我々は、マウス脳におけるルシフェラーゼ緑色蛍光タンパク質(GFP)を発現する二重レポーターベクターで形質導入されたヒト神経前駆細胞の実質内移植について説明する。移植後、ルシフェラーゼシグナルは、蛍光顕微鏡を用いて脳切片で同定された in vivo 生物発光およびGFP発現移植細胞を用いて繰り返し測定される。
