この研究は、スイス歯科医師会からの研究助成金(SSO研究助成金292-16)によってサポートされました。

この研究で使用された歯は、地元の倫理委員会(EKNZ UBE-15 / 111)によって承認されたプロジェクトの一部でした。参加者は書面によるインフォームドコンセントを提供し、患者の機密性を保護するためにすべてのデータが匿名化されました。
1. FITを用いた歯牙色コンポジットレジン材料の検出
<ol><li>部屋を暗くします(自然光と人工光)。</li>
	<li>UV保護付きの透明または黄色がかった安全メガネを着用してください。</li>
	<li>蛍光誘導光源を使用して、歯の物質と歯の色のコンポジットレジン修復物を照らします(図1)。 注意: コンポジットレジン材料は、歯の物質よりも明るく見えます(図2)。波長398±5nmの任意のデバイスを蛍光誘導光源として使用できます。ヘッドランプシステムは、光スポットが口腔全体を照らし、同時に触覚検査を可能にするため、特に適しているようです。唾液や歯垢などの閉塞因子はFIT法を妨げません。したがって、以前の洗浄や歯の繰り返しの乾燥は必要ありません。</li>
</ol>2. FITを用いたコンポジットレジン結合トラウマスプリントの除去
<ol><li>口腔内スキャン装置と実験評価のための適切なソフトウェアによる術前スキャン<ol><li>口腔内スキャンデバイスを起動し、ソフトウェアを開きます( 資料表を参照)。</li>
		<li> [新しい患者の追加]を押して患者を登録し、姓、名、生年月日、および患者IDのギャップを埋めて、[ケースの追加]を押します。</li>
		<li>[表示]セクションの下にある[ジョースキャンとインプレッション]を選択します。次に、[次へ]を押します。</li>
		<li>部屋を暗くし(自然光と人工光)、操作フィールドを乾燥させて、スキャン手順を容易にします。</li>
		<li>口腔内スキャナーを起動し、操作フィールドのデジタル表面スキャンを実行します(図3A)。</li>
	</ol></li>
	<li>コンポジットレジン材料の可視化<ol><li>手順1.1〜1.3を繰り返します。</li>
		<li>一般的な方法(ダイヤモンドバーと研磨装置を備えた高速コントラアングルハンドピースなど)を使用してコンポジットレジン材料を除去します(図4)。 注意: 剥離用に設計された超硬バーを使用して、エナメル質の近くにあるコンポジットレジンの残りを取り除きます。</li>
