この研究は、2022年「天府青城計画」天府科学技術指導人材プロジェクト(Chuan Qingcheng No. 1090)、国家TCM臨床優秀人材育成プログラム(National TCM Renjiao Letter [2022] No. 1)、成都中医薬大学病院の「100人材計画」プロジェクト(病院事務所[2021] 42)、四川省中医薬管理局の科学研究特別科目(2021MS093、 2021MS539、2023MS608)です。

臨床試験プロトコルは、成都中医薬大学病院呼吸器内科の臨床研究承認委員会によって審査および承認されました(記録番号。ケンタッキー州2022010)。
1. 機器の準備
<ol><li>使い捨ての滅菌鍼(サイズ0.25 mm x 40 mm)、お灸スティック(サイズ1.2 cm x 1.2 cm)、医療用滅菌綿棒、ヨードフォアスワブ、ライター、および60 mm x 60 mmの段ボール数本を準備します( 図1を参照)。</li>
</ol>2.医師の準備
<ol><li>患者が慢性閉塞性肺疾患のプライマリケアガイドラインのCOPDの診断基準を満たし、腹部膨満があることを確認します。</li>
	<li>次の状態の患者を除外します:(1)皮膚潰瘍、血糖コントロール不良、血圧コントロール不良、およびめまいのある患者。(2) 珪肺症、結核、悪性腫瘍、喘息、凝固障害、重篤な心不全を有する患者(3) リウマチ性心疾患、先天性心疾患、腎不全、肝不全等の患者(4) コンプライアンスに乏しい方</li>
	<li>医療用マスクと帽子を着用してください。</li>
	<li>針を握って操作する前に、石鹸水で手を洗い、乾いたままにし、アルコール手指消毒剤を使用してください。</li>
</ol>3.患者の準備
<ol><li>患者に膀胱を空にするように頼みます。</li>
	<li>患者の血圧、心拍数、呼吸数、酸素飽和度を測定します。</li>
	<li>皮膚が損傷して化膿していないことを確認してください。</li>
	<li>上記の基本的な兆候が正常になったら、経穴を露出させるために仰臥位または腹臥位を選択するように患者に指示します。</li>
	<li>処置中に不快感がある場合は、医師に通知するように患者にアドバイスします。.</li>
</ol>4.ツボの選択
<ol><li>針を刺す部位の皮膚をヨードフォア綿棒で拭きます。</li>
	<li>標準化された経穴に従って、飛州(BL13)、太原(LU9)、定川(EX-B1)、図山里(ST36)、中湾(RN12)、天書(ST25)24、25、26を選択します(図2を参照)。</li>
</ol>5.鍼灸とニードリングマニピュレーション
<ol><li>左手の5本の指を平らに伸ばし、刺す場所に人差し指と中指を離して置きます。</li>
	<li>右手の親指と人差し指で針の柄を持ち、中指の先を先端に近づけ、指の腹を針本体に当てます。</li>
	<li>中指を曲げた状態で親指と人差し指を下向きに押し、国際規格の鍼の角度と深さに針を挿入します。</li>
	<li>鍼灸の角度に沿って針の柄を均一に持ち上げて突き刺し、深さは約3mm、頻度は約60回/分27です。</li>
	<li>針の柄を180度以下の角度で前後に回転させます。頻度は、患者がDe-qi27を感じるまで約60回/分です。</li>
</ol>6.お灸スティックを配置します
<ol><li>皮膚28 から2〜3cmの底から灸棒を点灯させ、患者が体表面に温かい感覚と赤みを感じるようにします。施術時間は約30分です。</li>
</ol>7.段ボールを置く
<ol><li>60 mm x 60 mmの段ボールをお灸スティックの下に置き、お灸スティックが燃え尽きるまで灰が皮膚を燃やさないようにします( 図3を参照)。</li>
</ol>8.針を摘む
<ol><li>焼け焦げたお灸棒を竹綿棒の先でそっとつまみます。</li>
	<li>手に持った医療用滅菌綿棒で針の部位にそっと圧力をかけます。</li>
	<li>針を少しひねり、ゆっくりと皮下まで持ち上げ、しばらく放置してから取り外します。</li>
	<li>針が出てきたら、医療用滅菌綿棒を使用して針穴を軽く押して一瞬押さえると、出血を防ぎ、痛みを軽減します。</li>
	<li>針を抜いた後、針穴から出血していないか注意深く確認し、患者に不快感がないか尋ね、針の本数が欠けていないか確認します。</li>
