安定した慢性閉塞性肺疾患における喘鳴の補助療法としての耳介指圧 

Auricular Acupressure as an Adjuvant Treatment for Wheezing in Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

上記のプロトコルは、安定した COPD 患者の喘鳴症状の改善における耳介指圧の有効性を調査するための対照試験を説明しています。この研究では、基準を満たした1人の患者が登録され、試験を完了しました。患者は男性で64歳でした。患者は5 +年間慢性閉塞性肺疾患に苦しんでいました。長期の咳嗽および喘鳴に対しては、吸入製剤による長期の定期治療が実施された。
患者は咳と痰、息切れ、胸の圧迫感を訴えて入院しました。入院後、肺機能検査、胸部CTなどの検査が完了しました。患者の肺機能FEV1/FVCは&lt;0.7で、慢性閉塞性肺疾患と一致していました。治療には、従来の西洋医学の吸入製剤と漢方の耳介圧豆療法の両方が含まれていました。図2では、患者のFEV1が1.51 Lから1.63 Lに増加し、FVCが2.48 Lから2.76 Lに増加し、PEFが3.95 L/sから5.94 L/sに増加し、VCが2.48 Lから2.8 Lに増加したことを示しています。一方、表 2 の症状スコアは 18 から 13 に減少します。mMRCスコアは、表3に示すように、治療前と治療後のグレード2です。全体として、この患者は治療後の肺機能指数の軽度の増加を示しました。.TCMスコアが2を超えている。mMRCは変更されませんでした。これは、上記の治療法が安定したCOPD患者の喘鳴症状を改善できることを示しています。一方、以前の臨床研究では、耳介指圧が COPD 患者の喘鳴症状と肺機能に有意な改善効果をもたらすことが示されています。Liao Guixiangらは、60人のCOPD患者を対象としたランダム化比較試験を実施し、その結果、耳介指圧が喘鳴症状の有意な改善をもたらしたことが確認されました20。さらに、Chen et al. は、この治療が患者の呼吸器症状と肺機能の改善につながったことも示しました 21,22。
