Robotics in Surgery: A Modular Robotic Platform Driven Gastric Wedge Resection

ドッキング時間は13分でしたが、コンソールの時間は115分かかりました。腫瘍は切除され、さらに15分後に傷口が閉じられました。術中の合併症やロボットの誤動作はなく、失血もほとんどありませんでした。患者は術後3時間回復室で監視されました。病院でのさらなる経過は平穏でした。術後出血やステープルラインの機能不全の兆候はありませんでした。そのため、2日後にドレーンを抜いた。失血と感染パラメータをスクリーニングする3つの血液検査がありました。術後の痛みは、低侵襲/ロボットアプローチにより低かった。動員と経口摂取は簡単でした。創傷部位の感染はなく、皮膚縫合糸は8日後に抜去することができました。切開部のサイズが小さいことを考えると、ヘルニアや腹腔内癒着などの晩期合併症は起こりそうにありません。患者は4日後に退院しました。手術前に腫瘍に中枢性壊死を認めた内視鏡所見を 図3に示します。最終的な組織学的検査は、腫瘍の切除後に実施されました。神経鞘腫が明らかになり、完全に切除されました( 図4を参照)。追加の治療や再入院は必要ありませんでし...
