Quantification of Diabetes-induced Adherent Leukocytes in Retinal Vasculature

適切に実行された灌流および染色プロトコルは、コンカナバリンAで描かれた完全な網膜血管系を示します(図1)。マウスの灌流が不十分な場合、血管ツリー全体の標識と、その後の内腔に付着した白血球の分析が妨げられます(図2)一方、注射器の急速な圧迫(30〜35秒未満)による過度の圧力は、血管透過性と血管の破裂を引き起こす可能性があります(図3)。血管外漏出したコンカナバリンAは、外部構造の誤った標識を引き起こし、付着性白血球の交絡定量につながる可能性があります。
