Alternative Therapy for Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: Moving Cupping Along Meridians

この論文では、AECOPD患者の症状の緩和と生活の質の向上におけるカッピング療法の有効性を調査するための自己制御の前後の試験について説明します。この研究では、合計5人の適格な患者が試験に参加しました。データは、治療前後に患者が記入したアンケートから導き出されました。
治療効果の評価指標として、Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short Form(SF-36)健康調査票、COPD Assessment Test(CAT)、および修正Medical Research Council dyspnea scales(mMRC)を用いた。SF-36は患者の全体的な健康状態を評価するために使用され、CATとmMRCはCOPDの専門的な評価です。SF-36は、健康の8つの側面にわたってスコアを生成する簡単な自己記入式アンケートであり、臨床診断と医療サービスの利用を予測する能力によって検証されています。カッピング療法の効果は、治療前後の合計スコアを比較することにより評価されました。スコアは患者の健康状態と正の相関があり、合計スコアの改善は健康状態の改善を示しています。

主観的な干渉を減らすために、質問票の内容と採点方法は、同じ研究者によって患者に説明されました。患者は、促すリマインダーを受け取ることなく、独立してアンケートに回答しました。
治療前後の患者のスケールスコアを分析したところ、SF-36スコアは当初の81.80±5.81から90.20±3.56に、mMRCスコアは1.60±0.55から0.6±0.55に、CATスコアは22.60±6.73から16.80±5.89に減少したことが明らかになりました(すべて p &lt;0.05、 表1)。したがって、指標の変化は統計的に有意であり、経絡に沿った移動カッピング療法は、AECOPD患者の症状を改善し、呼吸困難を緩和し、患者の生活の質を向上させることができました。
