尿道下移植のためのヒツジモデルにおける新しい外科的技術

A Novel Surgical Technique in a Sheep Model for Suburethral Graft Implantation

平均体重27.7 SD 5.1 Kgの7頭の雌羊が手術を受けました(表1)。 図1-2 に手術の様子を示します。外科的処置に直接起因する合併症や罹患率はありませんでした。すべての動物は手術に耐え、術後数日間で正常な摂食行動、排便、排尿を示しました。パックを取り外した後、膣からの出血はありませんでした。すべての動物は最後まで生き残りました。追跡期間中、どの動物も、ヒトの手術における尿道下メッシュ移植に典型的に関連する合併症の症状や徴候を示さなかった。膀胱損傷、血尿、尿閉塞、異常な排尿行動、腸閉塞、臨床的創傷感染、創傷裂開、ヘルニアの証拠はありませんでした。自己保持型膣壁リトラクターを用いた全身麻酔下で行われた収穫時の膣の検査では、膣切開の良好な治癒が明らかになりました。組織の侵食や触知可能なメッシュは存在しませんでした。 図3 は、目に見える肉眼的病理のない膣、尿道、および移植片の採取されたばかりの標本を示しています。
