Mixed Reality Assisted Radical Endoscopic Thyroidectomy

この研究では、PTC患者の頸部3Dモデルの構築に成功し(図1)、MR支援根治的ETを14例実施しました(図2)。
合計32回のETが上級外科医によって実施され、手術後にNASA-TLXとリッカート主観評価尺度(表1 および 表2)を完成させました。NASA-TLXでは、実験群は対照群と比較して有意に高いOPスコアと低いEFスコアを示しました(p=0.002)ことから、外科医はMR支援根治的ETの方が良好なパフォーマンスを達成しやすいと感じていたことが示されています。リッカート主観評価尺度では、すべての質問の平均スコアが3ポイントを超えており、外科医がプロトコルを実行可能で効果的であると見なしたことを示唆しています。
