胃食道静脈瘤のためのシアノアクリレートとクリップによる内視鏡注射硬化療法

Endoscopic Injection Sclerotherapy Assisted by Cyanoacrylate and Clips for Gastroesophageal Varices

この処置では、3つのクリップ、40 mLのラウロマクロゴール、および3.5 mLのシアノアクリレートを使用しました。退院後3ヶ月後と1年後に内視鏡検査を行ったところ、曲がりくねった静脈突起を伴わない滑らかで扁平な食道粘膜が認められた。静脈瘤の排泄率はほぼ100%に達したと安全に結論付けることができます(図3)。出血の再発はなく、フォローアップ中に深刻な合併症は発生しませんでした。
