Separation and Fractionation of Culture Filtrate Proteins (CFPs) from Mycobacterium tuberculosis

図1は、調製した培養ろ液タンパク質(CFP)の複雑さを示しています。最初に、100 μg の CFP を 2D-SDS PAGE 分析にかけ、その複雑さを評価しました。この分析により、CFPには約100の異なるタンパク質スポットが存在することが明らかになりました(図1)。
各ランから収集された20のフラクションをSDS-PAGEで分析しました。これらのうち、3つの異なるランからの3つの代表的なフラクションを 図2に示します。
