胃食道静脈瘤に対する水中内視鏡注射硬化療法

Underwater Endoscopic Injection Sclerotherapy for Gastroesophageal Varices

処置後、追跡期間中、再出血の兆候や合併症は観察されませんでした。退院後3ヶ月で胃内視鏡検査を行い、静脈瘤除去率が100%に達したことが示された(図2F)。食道蠕動運動は水中環境で減少しました。
