1. 馬の制限と皮膚消毒

2.無菌採血

3. 多血小板血漿調達
<ol>
	<li>全血を含む4.5 mLのクエン酸ナトリウムチューブをベンチ遠心分離機で90°の角度で4箇所のスイングアウトローターに入れます。チューブを室温で120 × g で5分間遠心分離します。遠心分離後、クエン酸血液を含む4.5 mLチューブとさらに2本の10 mLプレーンチューブをラックに配置し、クラスII層流フード内のオペレーターの利き手ではない側にラックを置き、無菌の不浸透性ドレープの上に置きます。 注: ある研究では、クラス II 層流フードは、PRP 調達中の細菌汚染を防ぐために必須ではないことが示唆されています21。代わりに、PRPは気流やほこりのないクリーンルームで調製できます。このシナリオでは、血液チューブラックを無菌の不浸透性のドレープで覆われたテーブルに置くことができます。</li>

4. 統計分析

A Simple Double Centrifugation Tube Method to Obtain Platelet-rich Plasma from Equine Blood

平均血小板数 (血小板 × 103/μL) は、全血よりも PRP の方が有意に高かった (p &lt; 0.001)。対照的に、PRPの平均白血球濃度(白血球×103 / μL)は、全血の白血よりも有意に低かった(p &lt; 0.001)(表1)。具体的には、PRP の血小板数は全血の 2.41 倍高く、PRP の白血球濃度は 0.44 倍低かった。PRP中のPLTの収集効率は17%で、PRP中の白血球収集効率は3.1%でした。
