Modified Octopus Technique for Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm

術中血管造影により、胸腹部大動脈瘤の除外に成功し、明らかなエンドリークは見られませんでした。ステントの形状と位置は満足のいくもので、ステント内および枝動脈への血流は妨げられませんでした。6か月後、患者はCTAによる定期的なフォローアップを受け、腹腔幹、上腸間膜動脈、および両側腎動脈の胸腹部大動脈瘤と血流の開存が良好であることが示されました(図3)。
