Exploring the Sequential Cellular Events of Phagocytosis Triggered by Godanti Bhasma in Mammalian Cells

この研究は、哺乳類細胞におけるGB粒子に対する主要な細胞応答を強調しています。イメージングフローサイトメーターを使用して、3T3-L1細胞におけるGB粒子の内在化を調査しました(図1)。細胞は、30分から12時間の範囲の期間、粒子に曝露されました。30分後、細胞表面上の粒子を観察し(図1B)、細胞膜が付着部位で内側に折り畳み始め、内在化の開始を示しました(図1C)。付着部位の周囲に円形の膜伸長部(おそらく食作用カップ)が形成されました(図1C)。最終的に、粒子はより大きな膜結合液胞の内部で発見され、空胞化のダイナミックなプロセスを示しました(図1D)。
