SCAnED - An Open-source Skin Segmentation Macro for Semi-automated Cell and Nuclei Detection in Epidermal and Dermal Skin Compartments

以前の研究では、SCAnEDを使用して、ヒト皮膚の真皮内の細胞における細胞と細胞質タンパク質であるリシルオキシダーゼ(LOX)と転写因子低酸素誘導因子1(HIF-1)の発現レベルを検出および定量することに成功しました12 、皮膚研究へのこのツールの適用性を強調しました。
